(( The war of independence between Britain and America also involved Canada in a huge way. Canada being a British colony and all. Still even though America declared his independence with a BANG and a BOOM Canada actually git his by "asking nicely". That and the expenses of having a colony in the New World became too much for Britain to handle. ))
